Well after many months of meticulous planning, discussions, trawling the internet and reading Lonely Planet books, all of the planning is finally over. We have signed off from work and school. Handed over the cat, dog and house to amazing friends for the next few weeks and are ready for a grand adventure. Our bags are all packed (have been double checked twice) and are loaded in the car. In just a few minutes we will be on our way to Adelaide Airport ready to fly out to Melbourne on the first of many flights. After a short stay in Melbourne to change planes and go through Customs we will be on our way to Hong Kong where the true adventures will really begin.
To say that Connor and Ryan are excited is the understatement of the century. It has been a long time since we have braved an overseas adventure as a family. Now that they are so much older we are sure it will be a little easier and we will be able to be even more daring in our choice of activites. We are really looking forward to having this special time together. Look out world here we come!!!!
